More about Nickelodeon: Nickelodeon Magazine was first published in 1993 as an extension of the Nickelodeon brand of television created specifically for kids. The magazine offers a variety of entertainment for boys and girls ages 6-14. Each month the magazine has a different focus, such as the "Music Issue". In every issue you'll find articles and interviews, featuring photographs and news on the celebrity actors, musicians, athletes and other fascinating people kids are interested in. Nickelodeon also features original comics in "The Comic Book", as well as numerous games, puzzles and quizzes. Each issue includes a calendar, with interesting facts from that day in history, a current event or celebrity birthday. "Inside Nick" highlights upcoming shows on the Nickelodeon TV Channel, as well as interviews from actors on the shows. Other sections include "Let's Just Play", "Video Games", "Dear Alien", "Eat and Run" and "Say What?". Nickelodeon also publishes Nick Jr. Family Magazine for parents of children under age 12.
